The Causes of Job Stress

Some people easily get stressed, while others have strong stress tolerance that they seem to not get affected by the problem. Factors such as personality, coping style and work habits usually determine how susceptible a particular person is to job stress.
But really, what causes job stress? Experts say there are different causes of job stress. Some are inherent while others are products of one’s actions. Your level of job stress varies from mild to strong depending on your coping style. Stress-inducing situations include excessive workload and work hours, poor working conditions and unmet expectations, among others.
